Who will be writing our ads?
Our team of experienced native speaking copy writers will write and proofread your ad copy. Visit our About Us page to learn more about individual team members.

How will the copy be delivered?
We suggest using a simple CSV (comma separated value) file. CSV is the standard format AdWords and many other services use. If your organization requires a different format, we can deliver your completed copy however you need it.

Can't an SEO agency do this for me?
We've found that most SEO agencies do not focus as much as they should on ad copy. It's a tedious task to create hundreds or thousands of ads only to do it again later. When agencies do create ad copy, it's usually not their specialty. While there are many tools to aid with bid strategies, keywords, and performance analysis, writing great copy requires a true human voice. You wouldn't hire a publicist to write a book, you'd hire a writer. Think of Haderly as the writer and the SEO agency as the publicist.

Can't I write ads myself?
That depends on scale, time, and expertise. If it's a few dozen, sure, you could put in the time yourself. Beyond that, most professionals simply don't have the time or expertise to write hundreds or thousands of unique, relevant, compelling, & concise ads across their many ad groups and campaigns. What often ends up happening is that generic, sub-optimized copy is used across ad groups which undermines performance and misses revenue opportunities.

Do you require access to our AdWords or Bing account?
No. We do not require access to your AdWords, Bing, or other accounts.

What languages do you service?
English is the only language we currently service.

What is your turn around time?
Turn around time depends on the size, type, and complexity of a project. A proposed timeline including relevant milestones and completion dates will be included in your project proposal.
